Diagnosis/Trouble Shooting Investigate and resolve symptomatic application/operating system or equipment problems. - FREE	Transfer data to new Desktop/Laptop - $65
System Optimization (Basic PC Tune Up) Remove dust buildup from internal components, clean case interior/exterior, and keyboard and mouse track ball system. Optimize disk space to reclaim lost data storage space, clean WEB browser cache and remove all temporary Internet files as well as temporary documents. Optimize Start-up Files/Folders, hidden background applications and scan for viruses. - $70	Virus Removal Identify and remove virus. Additional service charges may be incurred, depending upon damage caused by virus. - $90
