As a former Business Manager - Information Services with a fortune 500 company, Ronald provied direct support for corporate executivs and other high ranking managers to protec highly-sensitive information, maintain their office PCs, make recommendations on hardware and software for business office personnel and the associated support staff.

In 2003 Ronald started Technology Maintenance Shop, LLC to provide his expertise in Service and Support focusing on business that, like all offices of the 21st Century, utilize computer technology but do not have the in house expertise or support.
