On-site support covers a variety of areas including but not limited to the following:

- Diagnostics/Repair
- Setup/Installation
- Systems Optimization/Tune Up
- Application Installations/Upgrades
- Operating Systems Installation/Upgrades
- Hardware Installation Upgrades
- Network (Wired/Wireless) Setup/Installation
- Virus Removal
The services, listed above, are provided on a per incident basis at $65.00/hr.
